Making of the Runway: Watch as area artists create and paint this year's runway for St. Pete Art and Fashion Week. This event's start time was moved up to 4 p.m. because of Hurricane Irma to allow time for the VIP Opening Night Party. 4 p.m., Creative Courtyard, 2338 Emerson Ave. S, St. Petersburg. Free. Happy Hour with the Historian: Enjoy an evening of wine, words and the wisdom of historians. September features Bill Leavengood discussing "Doc Webb and his World Famous Webb's City." Movies in the Park Reveal: Grab a beer and play trivia to see if you can figure out what movies will be featured in October's Movies in the Park music and movie series.
